Has our multi-faith and multi-cultural world challenged your Christian worldview? Ever wonder why Indigenous children are disproportionately overrepresented in Canadian child welfare? Why should this matter to me and my church?

This workshop is ideal for Christians of any background who desire to grow in their understanding of Indigenous Peoples and Canadian history with the Church. We will discuss how churches can grow in cultural competency and biblical integrity as they learn to journey in a good way with Indigenous neighbours. It is a safe place for fears and challenges to be put on the table and peacefully pursue a faith-inspired and informed response to the needs around us.
